1.1 Welcome to Rushlane. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile application and services provided through the Rushlane platform.

1.2 By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website, application or services.

2.1 Rushlane provides an online platform that enables users to browse menus, place orders and arrange delivery of food items from participating local restaurants.

2.2 The platform may also facilitate pickup and drop services and parcel delivery through available logistics services.

2.3 Rushlane generally acts as an intermediary platform connecting users with participating restaurants and service providers and may facilitate delivery and logistics services.

A base delivery charge of ₹30 will be applied for eligible orders and services within a 2-kilometre radius from the selected restaurant, including applicable pickup and drop locations.

A platform fee and convenience/service fee of ₹15 may be applied to eligible orders and services.

For eligible orders exceeding the initial 2-kilometre range, an additional charge of ₹10 per kilometre may be applied for each additional kilometre, subject to the applicable pricing displayed at checkout.

4.1 To place an order, users may be required to create an account on the Rushlane platform. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.

4.2 Orders may be placed by browsing available restaurants, selecting desired food items or services, adding them to the cart and completing the checkout process.

4.3 Users are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including the delivery address, contact number and any necessary delivery instructions.

4.4 Automatic Restaurant Reassignment: If a restaurant rejects an order, is temporarily closed, becomes unavailable or fails to respond within the required time, Rushlane's automated order management system may, where possible, transfer the order to another restaurant offering substantially similar food items at comparable prices.

4.5 Where an order has been reassigned, the customer may be able to review the updated restaurant, menu items, pricing and other relevant order details before the order is prepared. If the customer is not satisfied with the reassigned order, the customer may cancel the order in accordance with the applicable Cancellation and Refund Policy.

4.6 Users acknowledge that menu items, prices, packaging charges, delivery fees, taxes, preparation times and availability may vary between restaurants.

4.7 Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the selected restaurant, items, quantities, pricing, applicable fees, taxes and estimated delivery time before confirming an order.

4.8 By placing an order and using the Rushlane platform, users confirm that they have reviewed and accepted the final order details.

5.1 Payment for orders, including applicable delivery charges, fees and taxes, may be made at the time of placing the order.

5.2 We may accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI payments and cash on delivery, subject to availability, eligibility and regional restrictions.

5.3 Online payments are processed through payment gateway partners and applicable payment service providers.

6.1 Delivery times shown on the Rushlane platform are estimates and are not guaranteed.

6.2 Delivery times may vary due to factors including order volume, traffic conditions, weather, restaurant preparation times, driver availability, road conditions and other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

6.3 We strive to provide orders within the estimated delivery period displayed during checkout.

6.4 Users may receive notifications regarding the status of their order, including order confirmation, preparation and delivery dispatch.

7.1 Refunds are subject to the applicable Rushlane refund policy and the circumstances of the relevant transaction.

7.2 Users may cancel orders under certain conditions, as specified in the applicable cancellation policy.

7.3 Refunds for eligible cancelled orders, failed orders or order discrepancies will be processed in accordance with the applicable refund policy and payment-provider processing requirements.

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rushlane Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the platform or services.

8.2 Subject to applicable law, our liability for direct damages arising from a particular transaction shall be limited to the total amount actually paid by the user for that particular transaction.

8.3 Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9.1 Rushlane Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to modify or update these Terms from time to time.

9.2 Updated Terms will be published on the Rushlane website or application with an updated effective or last-updated date.

9.3 Where required by applicable law, material changes may be communicated through appropriate means.

9.4 Your continued use of the platform after revised Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
